For optimal results, I recommend preparing your skin before your appointment. Begin by hydrating the skin from the inside out by drinking plenty of water. Additionally, it is important to protect your skin from the sun's harmful rays. About three (3) to five (5) days before your appointment, gently exfoliate your skin. On the day of your appointment, make sure your skin is clean and well moisturized.
